Successful candidates will work in a small team setting to support Adimab's novel antibody discovery, maturation and production platform through:
- DNA / RNA purification, PCR, gene cloning and plasmid construction
- Antibody library construction, antibody selection and high-throughput screening
- Yeast, bacterial and mammalian cell culture
- Yeast transformation, strain engineering and screening
- Flow cytometry and other selection techniques
Requirements:
- B.S. / M.S. in Molecular Biology, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry or related discipline
- Adaptable and productive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and openly with colleagues and supervisors
- Industry experience preferred

Successful candidates will work in a small team setting to develop and implement novel discovery strategies for human monoclonal antibodies using the Adimab IgG discovery platform.
Requirements:
- Ph.D. with experience in protein engineering, display systems and yeast molecular genetics documented by relevant publications
- Experience using selection and antibody optimization technologies or developing antibody-like molecules for therapeutic applications
- Ability to evaluate and propose innovative concepts for engineering next generation antibody therapeutics
- Ability to organize and assimilate large amounts of data and communicate results effectively through oral and written presentation
- Industry experience preferred

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating stable mammalian cell lines, selecting highly productive clones, and developing and optimizing in-house fermentation processes for rapid production of IgG antibodies at multi-liter scale.
Minimum Qualifications:
- M.S. / Ph.D. with strong molecular biology, bioengineering, and protein chemistry skills
- Demonstrated success developing cell culture platform process technologies and standardizing process conditions and procedures
- Extensive hands on experience with molecular cloning, specifically the construction and optimization of expression vectors
- Proven ability to generate highly productive stable cell lines, preferably using CHO
- Exceptional medium and feeding strategy development and optimization skills
- Experience scaling up production of IgG antibodies using bioreactors and wave bags
- Adaptable and productive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to organize and assimilate large amounts of data and communicate results effectively through oral and written presentation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of protein purification techniques and cell-based bioassays
- Understanding of GMP practices
- Industrial experience in protein expression technology

This person will be a product owner, both conceptually and technically, and will be responsible for defining and implementing the full product roadmap.
