The Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage key partner relationships and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and encouragement with our financing and software products.

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for bringing best practice ideas, innovations, and capabilities to customers and drive adoption and success within a defined set of customers. Responsibilities
• Manage and influence large groups of external sales people
• Serve as a primary point of contact for our partners at all levels, from the senior management to the front line sales team
• Co-manage partner relationships as a member of a dedicated sales team
• Work as a member of the sales team to train, sell and support the residential solar financing products on the CPF platform.
• Support sales activities as necessary by preparing materials and participating in partner training to communicate the value of our financing products.
Qualifications

We are looking for an Environmental Incentives Manager to build, manage and oversee a Solar Renewable Energy Credit (“SREC”) portfolio; Enter into short and long term trading positions; Manage commodity exposure, identifying areas for opportunity. This position will also facilitate Clean Power Finance’s entrance into new state markets by identifying state and local solar rebates and incentives.
Key Responsibilities are:
- Organize cross-functional teams to help investors or providers of solar finance products to new markets across the United States
- Manage a trading portfolio of environmental commodities, optimizing around overall company profitability, risk exposure and capital efficiency
- Build and manage a network of brokers, buyers and sellers in SRECs. Coordinate purchases, spot sales and forward contracting across multiple state markets
- Be a liaison between Investors and CPF in creating, structuring and executing various financial products
- Research a diligence the availability and attractiveness of solar incentives around the country. Identify attractive new markets
- Coordinate with the Leasing Programs Manager to design and structure compelling solar financing products for homeowners
Key Qualifications are:
- 5 to 7 years’ experience in the financial services industry, renewable energy or structure finance experience preferre
- Demonstrable experience in the commodities markets, especially environment compliance ones like the SREC market
- Bachelor’s degree from top-tier institution, MBA from top-tier institution preferred
- Outstanding quantitative skills required
- Experience as a relationship manager
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- MS Office mastery – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Experience using trading and risk software such as TT X_Trader/X_Risk, REDIPlus, Sungard APT, and @Risk preferred

Clean Power Finance (CPF) is the leading provider of integrated software, services, and financing solutions for the solar industry. In September 2011, CPF was awarded a $3MM grant from the US Department of Energy (DOE) to build an open-source, IT system to streamline solar permitting processes. The project will create a national database of permitting requirements and software applications to establish more automation and transparency around the application and approval of solar permits.
The Role:
The Program Analyst will provide critical business and technical support for DOE project. Reporting to the SVP of Programs and Business Development, he or she will work intimately with the project’s business and technical leader to meet the project’s objective and all DOE contractual requirements. The Analyst will also support CPF’s rapid expansion, by assisting in the launch of new products or expansion into new markets. The ideal candidate will enjoy the fast pace of a startup culture with strong attention to detail and ability adapt in a constantly changing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on related initiatives and identify potential partners or complementary activities
- Reviews all contractual stipulations and ensure that project meets all deadlines and administrative and reporting requirements.
- Track expenses and help manage the project’s overall budget.
- Evangelize project among internal constituents; secure support/approval from key stakeholders to proceed with key project initiatives.
- Assist in developing reports and presentations summarizing progress to date.

We are looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to provide negotiating, drafting and analyzing a wide variety of sales, partner and development agreements, but also assist with general corporate legal matters and analyze and advise on a broad range of legal issues ranging from real estate, construction, federal and local tax to consumer finance and capital markets. This position will also advise our internal clients on the various legal issues and risks, business strategies and other issues related to commercial deals and day-to-day business issues and will assist with the continuous development of our internal customer and partner agreements as well as our internal contract documentation process. Experience working on renewable energy project finance and related transactions, particularly development and financing documents is highly desired.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide day-to-day transactional, regulatory, and strategic support by reviewing, drafting and negotiating sales & finance contracts, customer and investor agreements and other commercial contracts including corporate, ecommerce, indemnification, talent, partnership and other types of contracts and agreements
- Partner with Renewable Capital Markets, Sales, Product Marketing, Business Development, Marketing and other clients to provide solutions to broad range of legal issues to support the growth of the business
- Support general corporate legal and governance matters, including maintaining corporate formalities, entities and records and stock plan administration
- Drive the continuous improvement of standard agreement templates and legal processes

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.S. or B.A. required; legal degree or paralegal certificate and notary license desired
- 4-6 years of experience as a paralegal at a top law firm or as a contracts manager in a complex in-house environment, with a solid understanding of renewable energy, venture capital, credit, project development and financing, general corporate/M&A, and/or software as a service licensing
- Knowledge and prior experience working on structured finance transactions including federal, state and other key tax issues associated with leasing, tax equity and project finance in the renewable energy field

We are looking for a Solar PV Analyst to oversee lease and PPA installation completion and final acceptance process, including verifying solar system performance, testing and monitoring solar PV output and providing technical support. Oversees O & M services and PV installer support.

· Work directly with consumers and installers to determine provisional, technical, and final acceptance requirements are met for solar installations.
· Organize and develop work procedures, controls, reporting and processes to efficiently manage Solar PV Operations and Maintenance program.
