BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Responsibilities
- Expand relationships with our existing partners by developing go-to-market strategies that include a broad array of activities with specific goals and objectives
- Work with our product, marketing, and engineering teams to identify and prioritize product features or integrations that help us expand into target industries based on input from partners, customers, and prospects.
- Outreach to potential partners. Create and maintain pipeline reports that tracks and forecasts prospective partner-driven deals.
- Develop a systematic approach to understanding the industry. Attend events on a regular basis, extensive reading of industry reports, blogs, news, etc.
- Manage and evaluate partnerships against key quantifiable metrics (revenue, distribution, press, etc)
Qualifications
- 2+ years Business Development experience in the technology space
- Experience working with partners to build strategic programs that drive revenue, credibility, and/or awareness
- Previous experience driving partner/OEM/Licensing contract development and negotiations.
- Prior experience identifying, courting, securing and managing relationships with high profile large companies as business partners.
- Obvious passion and people skills, SaaS, and B2B experience required
- 4 year degree required, MBA preferred
- Excellent teamwork - organizing and managing with multiple stake-holders and groups

- Strong portfolio of Web design examples and HTML/CSS development

- Own, manage, and drive the full sales cycle from first contact through close
- Build a strong vertical-focused sales pipeline with or without inbound leads
- Suggest and/or create sales materials that will help close business
- Maintain a complete, accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline, forecast, and call log
- Conduct informative product demos and provide insightful answers to questions
- Help develop the criteria for identifying qualified sales leads
Qualifications
- At least 2 years proven, successful sales experience in a B2B/SaaS sales environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding your sales quota
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and cut through rejection to achieve sales goals
- Outgoing personality and the ability to befriend strangers easily
- Ability to articulate the product value proposition with any level of detail or brevity, and through a phone call or in email

We’re looking for a charming Customer Satisfaction Representative to provide fantastic support, and act as a 'best friend' with all the 'best advice' to our fast growing customer base. This role has a duality to it and your day will be split between proving support and ensuring success. You will provide lightening fast support through Support Central, our 'homegrown' support system. When you are not solving customer frustrations you will be focusing on success.
