We are looking for a full-time inside sales professional to join our Enrollment team.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering a high volume of inbound calls from prospective students looking for career training.
- Explaining in detail (both in writing and over the phone) our course outlines, school credentials, cost of education, length of education and career opportunities after graduation.
Requirements for this position include:
- Must have 1-2 years sales experience and experience in general office tasks.
- Requires strong telephone skills, decision-making skills and computer skills.
- A baccalaureate degree is preferred; combination of education and experience is considered.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette, verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- High energy, positive attitude a must!

CompTIA-certified Professional for Course Reviews
Are you CompTIA-certified in A+, Network+ or Security+? If so, we have a project for you! We seek CompTIA-certified professionals to write and review course material for certificate-level courses in A+, Network+ and Security+ certification.
Tasks may include but are not limited to:
•Outlining and reading study guides and providing feedback and corrections
•Ensuring material, assessments and answers are accurate and of high quality
•Reviewing textbooks and providing more information, examples and explanations on challenging topics
•Writing material, assessments and answers that are accurate and of high quality
Qualifications:
- CompTIA certification in one or more of the following: A+, Network+ and Security+
- Ability to produce quality work and meet deadlines is a must.
- Strong grammar, spelling and punctuation skills and the ability to meet deadlines are musts.
- Teaching experience is preferred but not required.
Time commitment: Part time, between 10-30 hours per week depending on the project.

The IT Specialist is responsible for supporting internal employees and remote students. Will resolve trouble tickets and work orders with attention to detail, adherence to policies and procedures, and excellent customer service. Will play an integral part in implementing IT department initiatives.
Responsibilities Include:
- Support LMS environment and integration with in-house database systems.
- Support students as tier-1 and tier-2 to troubleshoot and assist with LMS access issues.
- Resolve trouble tickets with a focus on customer service.
- Complete work orders and approved change requests affecting key IT systems.
- Fulfill warranty and support requests with third-party vendors.
- Manage inventory of information systems equipment and software.
Requirements include:
- High school graduate with some College, AAS or BS in a technical field preferred
- 1-2 years experience preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills vital
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and work in a constantly changing environment
- Knowledge of Operating Systems: Windows XP, Vista, 7.

The Marketing Communications Intern will assist with researching, designing, and the implementation of marketing and communications programs and initiatives.
